Seacoast Paddleboard Club is excited to announce that we have teamed up with the Portsmouth Halloween Parade to host the 7th Annual Halloween Costume Paddle & Cleanup at Pierce Island on Sunday, October 27, 2023. This paddle is open to ALL paddle crafts, including kayaks and canoes.
Our day will start at 9:00 a.m. with on-site registration and a one-hour park cleanup of Peirce Island.
The main event will begin at 10:15 with a captain’s safety meeting and briefing. Then, this freakishly fun paddle will depart from the Pierce Island boat ramp at 10:30 a.m. While participating in this leisurely paddle parade, participants will have a chance to shock, spook, and delight our costume judges for a chance to win some amazing prizes.
Registration for this event is $15 for SPC members and $25 for non-members. All proceeds go directly to supporting the Portsmouth Halloween Parade.
In an effort to protect our playground, SPC will host a one hour island cleanup from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. The cleanup is open to the public and bags, and gloves will be provided.
