Overview:
The Well’s Harbor excursion is open to paddlers of all skill levels, but proper safety gear and paddle attire are required.
We expect to paddle between 4 – 6 miles at a leisurely pace with an estimated on-water time of between 2 to 3 hours.
Meetup & Parking:
We will meet at 9:30 am at the Public Parking lot at the Well’s Inlet. The address to the lot is 506 Atlantic Ave, Wells, ME 04090
About the Harbor:
Wells Harbor is a protected cove located on the lower Maine Coast. Additionally, the Wells Harbor Inlet is where the Webhannet River empties into the Atlantic Ocean. Wells Harbor is 4.5 miles southwest of Kennebunkport and 19 miles north of the New Hampshire/Maine state line.
